Today we say thank you to God and give Him praise for the team of Pastors He has called to provide spiritual authority, oversight, leadership and direction for Lighthouse Church.

This team of servants willingly give over their lives to build God's church whilst modelling an exemplary biblical standard of leadership. As God is using this team Lighthouse Church is experiencing growth in ministry, those receiving salvation, missions and evangelism. Let us pray the hearts of our pastors will increasingly be streams in the hand of the Lord that they may know the direction of His leading (Proverbs 21:1). To fulfil their different roles may they increasingly know God's blessing and equipping from the Holy Spirit (1 Corinthians 12:1-11).

Amazing to witness at Lighthouse Church is the army of faithful leaders that God has called to serve in so many wonderful ways e.g. K, C, & M group leaders, children's workers, youth leaders, teachers, worship leaders, minibus drivers, welcomers, media teams, office staff, charity shops workers, community workers, café, choir, welcomers, and many more.

As we uphold all our leaders in high regard (1 Thessalonians 5:12-13) can we seek to encourage them and pray, i) they experience the joy of worshipping and serving Jesus (Matthew 25:34-40) and ii) witness the Kingdom of God powerfully breaking into people's lives as they receive salvation. Please also specifically pray for the children and youth of pastors and leaders as they unselfishly release their parent(s) to faithfully advance God's kingdom.
